- 30 Minutes after Kickoff: Lot 45 and Lot 55B (Delayed Exit Lots) secured. No vehicles will be able to enter/exit the lot after this time.

- 75 Minutes Postgame – Lot 45 and Lot 55B (Delayed Exit Lots) Re-open for Egress
- 75 Minutes Postgame (or when last Patron leaves) – The Patriots ProShop Closes
- The Ticket Office is located in the Patriot Place Plaza, outside of the Ticketmaster gate at the north end of the stadium. The Gillette Stadium Ticket Office is open on event days only and will open with parking lots.

ACCESS TO GILLETTE STADIUM ON EVENT DAY IS VIA ROUTE ONE ONLY. TICKET HOLDERS WHO USE LOCAL ROADS WILL EXPERIENCE DELAYS IN ARRIVAL TIME DUE TO ROAD CLOSURES THAT ARE NOT CAPTURED BY TRAFFIC AND NAVIGATION APPS.

- Free General Parking
- Parking will be free in all stadium-owned general lots located across from Gillette Stadium on Route 1. This change eliminates the need for vehicles to stop to pay a fee upon entry into stadium-owned parking lots and allows fans to drive directly into a parking space.
- Please note that a parking pass is not required for general parking.

- Be paid to park – Delayed Exit Lot
- For 2024, fans who choose to park in our 75-minute delayed exit lot will earn a $50 Visa gift card. Gift cards will be distributed to the driver of each vehicle when entering the lot, and you will be eligible to receive a gift card each time you take advantage of the delayed exit option. Visa gift cards can be used anywhere Visa is accepted, including at Gillette Stadium.

- The Aug. 15 game vs. PHI will have service from BOS only. Round-trip, special event train tickets to Patriots games are just $10 this season! Special event train tickets for the Aug. 15 game will be available to purchase exclusively via the mTicket app at 11AM on Aug. 9.
- The Boston special event train will depart from South Station with stops at Back Bay and Dedham Corporate Center before arriving at Foxboro Station.

- Depart Dedham Corporate Center: 4:35 PM
- Arrive at Foxboro Station: 5:15 PM
- NOTE: The train will depart Foxboro Station 30 minutes after the concert ends.

- Clear Bag Policy:
- Non-clear bags are not to exceed 4.5” x 6.5”.
- Clear bags are not to exceed 12” x 6” x 12”.
- Banner Information:
- Banners larger than 11” x 17” are not permitted.
- Lights/battery packs are not permitted on signage, clothing or any other objects.
- Stadium/artist management reserves the right to prohibit signs or banners due to message content.
- Electronics Information:
- No GoPro, video cameras, tripods or monopods.
- No professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses.
- Polaroid cameras and portable phone chargers are permitted.
- Selfie sticks, backpacks, lasers, umbrellas, and outside food and beverage are NOT permitted inside the stadium. For a full list of permitted and prohibited items, please click here.
- The Gillette Stadium App will have all you need to know to have a successful event day!
- To access your tickets, download the Gillette Stadium App.
- Once you’ve downloaded the app, open the app on your smart phone. Tap TICKETS from the bottom menu bar.
- Tap ACCESS YOUR TICKETS. Sign in using your email address and password associated with your Account Manager if you have not already done so.
- Once you are signed in, the app will show a listing of your purchased tickets for upcoming events and games. Select the ticket for the event you are attending.
Tap VIEW BARCODE to display the barcode to present at the stadium gates. Be sure to have this page open when you approach the gate as you make your way through security. Alternatively, you can add the tickets to your mobile wallet for easy access entering the gates.
*NOTE: Screenshots of barcodes will NOT be allowed for entry into Gillette Stadium.
- Gillette Stadium provides two (2) dedicated ADA Elevators for guests needing additional accommodations and requiring elevator access: one on the west side of the stadium at the W1 entrance, and one on the east side of the stadium at the Ticketmaster Gate. - Gillette Stadium is a completely cashless stadium. Only contactless payment options will be accepted within the stadium. Event attendees will be able to utilize one of our Cash-to-Card kiosks to convert cash to Visa® prepaid cards. Visa® prepaid cards will be valid anywhere Visa® is accepted. - When driving to Gillette Stadium, we recommend you use Waze for navigation services and traffic updates.
- All public restrooms are accessible to guests with ADA needs. There is also one (1) changing table located in every restroom in the stadium.
- 100 Level: Four (4) family restrooms behind section 138
- 200 Level: Two (2) family restrooms behind sections 216 and 224
- Putnam Club: One (1) in NE, (1) one in NW, one (1) in (SE) and one (1) in SW – only open to customers with Putnam Club tickets
- Optum Field Lounge: one (1) family restroom—only open to customers with OFL tickets
- Cross Insurance Pavilion: one (1) family restroom—only open to customers with Cross Insurance Pavilion Access
- G-P Atrium: Four (4) family restrooms in total—only open to customers with G-P Atrium tickets
- 300 Level: Four (4) family restrooms behind sections 304, 314, 326, 336, and two (2) family restrooms by Section 300 in the North End Zone (on either side of lighthouse)
- The Patriots ProShop will be open from 10:00 AM until 75 minutes postgame.
- The Patriots Hall of Fame presented by RTX will be open. Please visit The Hall Website for more information.
- Open fires are not allowed. All fires must be contained within a suitable and appropriate fire burning device and must be movable in the event of an emergency. “Fire pits” with open flames are not considered movable in the event of an emergency, and therefore are not allowed. All fires and/or grills should not be left unattended. Used charcoal briquettes and/or other burning material must be disposed of properly and not left on the parking surface to burn out.
