On Dec. 9, 2023, America’s Game will come to New England for the first time in the 124-year series history. The 2023 installment of Army-Navy will mark only the third time the historic matchup has taken place outside of the mid-Atlantic region (Chicago, Ill. In 1926 and Pasadena, Calif. In 1983).

In addition to the Army-Navy Game presented by USAA, a number of associated events will be hosted at historic sites throughout the Greater Boston region on Friday, Dec. 8, 2023, including the Patriot Games, the Army-Navy Gala and Media Row. Additional details, including ticketing information, will be made available at a later date. Bag Policy

Only one (1) pre-approved bag per guest will be allowed inside the stadium. Review the newly updated stadium Bag Policy.

Mobile Ticketing Only

For your safety and convenience, all tickets will be available via mobile ticketing only. Download the Gillette Stadium App.

  • Parking lots will open at 9:00 AM
  • Stadium gates and the fan festival will open at 11:00 AM
  • The March-On will begin at 12:00 PM
  • The Army-Navy Game will kick off at 3:00 PM
  • The Ticket Office is located in the Enel Plaza, outside of the Ticketmaster gate at the north end of the stadium. The Gillette Stadium Ticket Office is open on event days only and will open with parking lots.

  • Clear Bag Policy:
    • Non-clear bags are not to exceed 4.5” x 6.5”.
    • Clear bags are not to exceed 12” x 6” x 12”.
    • Clear backpacks are allowed, as long as they meet the 12″ x 6″ x 12″ clear bag policy.
  • Banner Information:
    • Banners larger than 11” x 17” are not permitted.
    • Lights/battery packs are not permitted on signage, clothing or any other objects.
    • Stadium/artist management reserves the right to prohibit signs or banners due to message content.
  • Electronics Information:
    • No GoPro, video cameras, tripods or monopods.
    • No professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses.
    • Polaroid cameras and portable phone chargers are permitted.
  • Empty reusable water bottles are allowed inside Gillette Stadium ONLY if you are sitting in the 100s, 200s and 300s. No reusable water bottles will be allowed if you have floor tickets.
  • Selfie sticks, backpacks, lasers, umbrellas, and outside food and beverage are NOT permitted inside the stadium. For a full list of permitted and prohibited items, please click here.

  • Tickets are available one week in advance from the ticket offices at South Station and Back Bay Station or the mTicket app.
  • Gillette Stadium provides two (2) dedicated ADA Elevators for guests needing additional accommodations and requiring elevator access: one on the west side of the stadium at the W1 entrance, and one on the east side of the stadium at the Ticketmaster Gate. Gillette Stadium is a completely cashless stadium. Only contactless payment options will be accepted within the stadium. Event attendees will be able to utilize one of our new Cash-to-Card kiosks to convert cash to Visa® prepaid cards. Visa® prepaid cards will be valid anywhere Visa® is accepted. Per the guidance from the CDC and State of Massachusetts, face coverings will NOT be mandatory for guests at Gillette Stadium. However, it is recommended that you wear a face covering if you are not yet fully vaccinated. In addition, for your comfort and safety, we have added hand sanitizing stations throughout the entire stadium. We have also installed touchless toilets and sinks in all restrooms.   • Fans who use local roads will experience delays in arrival time due to road closures that are not captured by traffic and navigation apps. When driving to Gillette Stadium, we recommend you use Waze for navigation services and traffic updates.
  • Reminder: access to Gillette Stadium on event day is via Route 1 only.
  • Gillette Stadium has a designated rideshare drop off and pick up location in Lot 15 (adjacent to Bass Pro Shops) for Uber and Lyft users. Fans must schedule an Uber or Lyft ride to and from the venue through their respective mobile apps in order to use those services.
  • For concerts and other events, taxi pickup is in Lot 6A.

The Patriot Games presented by USAA is a spectacular two-day competition between Cadets & Midshipmen. Points are earned through five events. The Games will be conducted beginning Friday, December 8 at the Minute Man National Park with more events taking place at Boston Common, Faneuil Hall, USS Constitution and Bunker Hill. The final event will take place Saturday, December 9 at Gillette Stadium prior to the game. The team with the most points will win this year’s bragging rights and be presented with the Patriot Games trophy on the field during the Army-Navy Game.

Tailgating Policy:

Tailgating in general parking lots may begin when the lots open to general parking unless directed by parking/security or public safety officials. However, open fires are not allowed. All fires must be contained within a suitable and appropriate fire burning device and must be movable in the event of an emergency. “Fire pits” with open flames are not considered movable in the event of an emergency, and therefore are not allowed. All fires and/or grills should not be left unattended. Used charcoal briquettes and/or other burning material must be disposed of properly and not left on the parking surface to burn out.

If you purchased a ticket through one of the Academies, then your tickets will be stored in the Army-Navy App. Fans are encouraged to download the app prior to arriving at the stadium.

Re-Entry Policy

There is no stadium re-entry for the 2023 Army-Navy Game. There also is no parking lot re-entry nor are refunds granted.

Alcohol Policy

Fans who consume alcohol are encouraged to drink responsibly.

  • You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol.
  • The only IDs accepted at Gillette Stadium are valid, non-expired driver’s licenses, and Government-issued state identification cards, passports or Military IDs showing picture and a birthdate.
  • Duplicate and expired licenses, liquor IDs, birth certificates, police badges, or any other forms of identification are not accepted at Gillette Stadium.
  • Each person may purchase no more than two (2) alcoholic beverages at any one time.
  • All alcohol sales will be discontinued in the third quarter.
  • Sales may be discontinued earlier at the discretion of stadium management.
  • Questions can be directed to the Guest Services booths located at mid-field on both the east and west sides of the Main and Upper Concourses.
  • Patrons younger than 25 with out of state IDs must visit one of the Guest Services booths for an ID check before purchasing alcohol.

Lost and Found

Any lost items that are turned in during an event may be found at the Guest Service booths located at midfield on both the east and west sides of the Main Concourse and Upper Concourse. FAN HEALTH PROMISE

Although negative tests and vaccinations will not be required for stadium entry, all ticketholders must agree that neither they nor their guests will attend an event if they have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days or experienced symptoms of COVID-19 within 48 hours prior to the event. All ticketholders also agree to follow all applicable CDC guidance in effect on event day, including guidance on when to quarantine and wear a mask, and what steps to take when you have been exposed to COVID-19.
