Refund and credit policy for fans who purchased tickets through the Gillette Stadium ticket office

If any of the following apply to the Gillette Stadium event for which you purchased tickets, you will be offered a refund equal to the face value of the ticket(s):

• The event is cancelled in its entirety and is not replayed or rescheduled
• The event takes place under conditions that prohibit your ticket from being used (e.g. fans are prohibited from attending)
• The event is moved to a location other than Gillette Stadium

For some events, we may provide you with the option to choose to receive a credit rather than a refund.  The credit will equal the face value of such ticket(s) and may be applied to purchase tickets to a future similar event at Gillette Stadium.  The credit option may not be available for all events.

Please note that this policy only applies to tickets purchased directly through the Gillette Stadium ticket office.  If you purchased tickets to an event at Gillette Stadium through a channel other than the Gillette Stadium ticket office, please contact that outlet to obtain its ticket refund policy.

If an event is postponed and rescheduled to a different date, your ticket will be valid on the new date. For non-mobile tickets, please keep your original ticket to enter the Stadium.
