Mobile Ticketing

If you need assistance managing your mobile tickets, the Patriots Member Services team is here to help. Our Mobile Ticketing Step-By-Step Guide provides detailed instructions for downloading, transferring, and posting your Patriots tickets for sale.

If you and/ or your guests are having difficulties accessing tickets on game day, there is a dedicated Ticket Office trailer on the East side of Gillette Stadium located near the Patriots ProShop next to Lot 5. Additionally, there will be dedicated mobile ticketing support staff at each of the Gillette Stadium gates in red vests who can assist any ticket holder.

For your safety and convenience we have limited the number of touchpoints between you and our staff members.

Gillette Stadium is a completely cashless stadium. Only contactless payment options will be accepted within the stadium. Event attendees will be able to utilize one of our new Cash-to-Card kiosks to convert cash to Visa® prepaid cards. Visa® prepaid cards will be valid anywhere Visa® is accepted. Bag Policy

In accordance with Gillette Stadium security guidelines, the only bags, packages or containers permitted to be carried by fans on ALL ticketed event and game days as they approach the stadium are the following:

Mobile Ticketing

All event attendees can access their mobile ticket(s) via the Gillette Stadium App which is free to download and can be found in the App Store (for iPhone users) and Google Play Store (for Android users).

If you have yet to download the Gillette Stadium App be sure to do so at your earliest convenience to ensure you can successfully sign in to your account and view your tickets. We strongly recommend adding all of your tickets to your Apple Wallet (for those who have iPhones) or Google Pay (for those who have Android phones). Instructions detailing how to add tickets to your mobile wallet can be found on Page 10 of our Mobile Ticketing Step-By-Step Guide.

Yes. You can swipe to view multiple tickets within your account; however, transferring each individual their own ticket is recommended. Transferring tickets provides (1) a way for all ticket holders to obtain event updates while on site and (2) accessibility to their seat information at all times.

Upon arrival, visit the Gillette Stadium Ticket Office. The ticket office is located across from the Patriots ProShop and Patriots Hall of Fame presented by RTX at the north end of the stadium. On game days, the ticket office will be open four (4) hours prior to kickoff and will remain open through halftime.

Transfer tickets to your group in advance so you do not have to wait for others to get into the event. Since each person entering Gillette Stadium will need a ticket to enter, you can transfer each individual in your party their own ticket prior to arrival. Yes. When an individual receives a ticket transfer offer, they will need to log in to an existing account (if applicable) or they can create a new account by tapping NEW TO TICKETMASTER? SIGN UP.

  • Ensure that you are signing into your account using the email address associated with your Patriots account. If you do not see your tickets but have an alternate email address, we recommend tapping LOGOUT. Then, trying signing into your account using an alternate email address.
  • Tap FORGOT PASSWORD? and enter the email address associated with your Patriots account. You can then elect to have a temporary passcode sent to you via email or text message from Ticketmaster. You will need to enter this passcode in order to sign into your account.
  • Close out of the Gillette Stadium App and turn your phone off and back on.
  • Be sure to have the newest version of the Gillette Stadium App downloaded.
  • If you have sent a ticket transfer offer and the recipient has not received an email to accept the offer, they should check their spam/ junk folder for an email from Ticketmaster. If this cannot be found, sign in to your account and select CANCEL OFFER. We recommend sending the transfer offer via text message but you can also try sending to a different email address should the intended recipient have one.
  • If for any reason you are unable to download the Gillette Stadium App, open your smartphone’s web browser and visit www.gillettestadium.com/tickets. You can sign in to your Patriots account and add your tickets directly to your phone’s mobile wallet for quick and easy access into Gillette Stadium.

You can manage your tickets from a tablet or PC but all tickets will ultimately need to be accessed from a smartphone to render the barcodes and scan into Gillette Stadium. When accessing your Account Manager on a desktop or laptop, you will have the ability to transfer tickets and post tickets for resale.

Ticket Resale

Yes. The NFL Ticketing Network allows ticket holders the ability to resell their ticket(s) for all ten (10) games in their ticket package in addition to any potential Playoff game(s).

Yes. As League-licensed, authorized platforms, all NFL tickets listed on the NFL Ticket Exchange, SeatGeek and Sports Illustrated Tickets are authenticated by Ticketmaster. Ticket holders may post their tickets for resale simultaneously on any or all of these platforms.

Cross Insurance Club tickets are just one element of a premium membership. Therefore, they are not eligible for individual resale on the NFL Ticketing Network. All policies detailed in the member agreement remain in effect for Cross Insurance Club Members who do not also hold bowl seats.

Optum Field Lounge passes are a component of a contractual membership and, as such, are not authorized for individual resale on the NFL Ticketing Network. While Optum Field Lounge Members are welcome to utilize the NFL Ticketing Network for their bowl seats, Optum Field Lounge passes are not eligible for resale.

No. Gillette Stadium parking passes cannot be posted for resale.

You will not be held responsible for the actions of the individual(s) who purchase your ticket(s) provided you use the NFL Ticketing Network (NFL Ticket Exchange, SeatGeek or Sports Illustrated Tickets) to sell your tickets.

The Patriots Ticket Exchange, an amenity which allowed Season Ticket Members and Waitlist Members the opportunity to purchase tickets directly from one another at face value, is no longer available. Now, everyone will use the NFL Ticketing Network. Season Ticket Members can post tickets for resale directly through their account.

parking, tailgating, and transportation

  • Click here to reserve a parking pass in our designated Delayed Exit Lot for individual games this season.

All Gillette Stadium parking lots open four (4) hours before kickoff for Patriots home games.

  • Tailgating is permitted once the parking lots have opened. Postgame tailgating is permitted and must conclude ninety (90) minutes after the conclusion of the game/ event.
  • Open fires are not allowed. All fires must be contained within a suitable and appropriate fire burning device and must be movable in the event of an emergency. “Fire pits” with open flames are not considered movable in the event of an emergency, and therefore, are not allowed. All fires and/ or grills should not be left unattended. Used charcoal briquettes and/ or other burning material must be disposed of properly and not left on the parking surface to burn out.

stadium gates / ingress & egress

There are six accessible elevator locations for guests with disabilities in the stadium for Patriots game days. Accessible express elevators are located on the east side of the stadium adjacent to the E1 entrance next to the Ticketmaster Gate (for guests with tickets to the Main, Mezzanine and Upper Concourses), and on the west side of the stadium adjacent to the W1 entrance next to the Bank of America Gate (for guests with tickets to the Mezzanine and Upper Concourses). An accessible elevator is also located at the W3 Dell Technologies Suite Levels entrance for access to all levels.

IMPORTANT: Due to the ongoing construction on the north side of the stadium, the access route to the E1 ADA Elevator has changed. Guests requiring use of this elevator must now enter the stadium at the Ticketmaster Gate. Once through security and ticket scanning, you will follow a new path under the Patriot Place ramp to the E1 ADA Elevator entrance. To see a map of the new route, please click here.

Club, Suite, G-P Atrium, Bud Light Celebration Beer Hall and Optum Field Lounge access begins three (3) hours before kickoff. All other gates open two (2) hours before kickoff.

Gillette Stadium security

If you have feedback or a concern, please do not hesitate to email [email protected]. While at the stadium, you may visit one of our Guest Services booths located at midfield on both the east and west sides of the Main Concourse and Upper Concourse (between Sections 109-110, 131-132, 309-310, and 331-332). You may also report an issue from the Gillette Stadium App. To do so, tap the word MORE in the bottom right hand corner of the app homepage. Then, tap REPORT AN ISSUE and enter the required information.

Patriots ProShop

If you are having any difficulties with your Season Ticket Member ProShop discount, we kindly ask you to contact our Patriots Member Services team at [email protected] or via phone at (508) 384-4288.

In order to access the ProShop after entering Gillette Stadium, return to the entry gate to have a security team member scan out your ticket(s) before entering the ProShop. Following your ProShop visit, you will be able to scan your ticket(s) for reentry.

Game Days: 8:00 AM until 75 minutes after the conclusion of the game for games that kick off at 1:00 PM; 10:00 AM until one (1) hour after the conclusion of the game for all other games.

Non-Game Days: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Season Ticket Members may also visit proshop.patriots.com at any time. The online ProShop is now a Fanatics experience.
