In accordance with Gillette Stadium security guidelines, the only bags, packages or containers permitted to be carried by fans on ALL ticketed event and game days as they approach the stadium are the following:
All event attendees can access their mobile ticket(s) via the Gillette Stadium App available to download for free on the App Store (for iPhone users) or Google Play Store (for Android users).
If you have yet to download the Gillette Stadium App be sure to do so at your earliest convenience to ensure you can successfully sign in to your account and view your tickets. We strongly recommend adding all of your tickets to your Apple Wallet (for those who have iPhones) or Google Pay (for those who have Android phones). Yes. You can swipe to view multiple tickets within your account; however, transferring each individual their own ticket is recommended. Transferring tickets provides (1) a way for all ticket holders to obtain event updates while on site and (2) accessibility to their seat information at all times.
Please visit the Gillette Stadium Ticket Office located across from the Patriots ProShop and Patriots Hall of Fame presented by RTX upon arrival or look for mobile ticketing support staff at each of the Gillette Stadium gates.
Transfer tickets to your group in advance so you do not have to wait for others to get into the event. Since each person entering Gillette Stadium will need a ticket to enter, you can transfer each individual in your party their own ticket prior to arrival. Yes. When an individual receives a ticket transfer offer, they will need to log in to an existing account (if applicable) or they can create a new account by tapping NEW TO TICKETMASTER? SIGN UP.
You can manage your tickets from a tablet or PC but all tickets will ultimately need to be accessed from a smartphone to render the barcodes and scan into Gillette Stadium. When accessing your Account Manager on a desktop or laptop, you will have the ability to transfer tickets and post tickets for resale.
Cross Insurance Club tickets are just one element of a premium membership. Therefore, they are not eligible for individual resale on the NFL Ticketing Network. All policies detailed in the member agreement remain in effect for Cross Insurance Club Members who do not also hold bowl seats.

The Gillette Stadium Ticket Office is located across from the Patriots ProShop and Patriots Hall of Fame presented by RTX.
All Gillette Stadium parking lots open four (4) hours before kickoff for Patriots home games.
For guests with disabilities sitting in the Cross Insurance Club or Bank of America Suite Levels, accessible elevators are located on the east side of the stadium at the E2 and E3 Bank of America Suite Levels Entrances and on the west side of the stadium at the W2 or W3 Bank of America Suite Levels entrances.
The Cross Insurance Club and Bank of America Luxury Suites open three (3) hours before kickoff. All other stadium gates open two (2) hours before kickoff.

All concession stands will be cashless, accommodating contactless payment options only. If needed, event attendees will be able to utilize one of our new Cash-to-Card kiosks to convert cash to Visa® prepaid cards. Visa® prepaid cards will be valid anywhere Visa® is accepted. From the Gillette Stadium App home page, tap MORE from the bottom menu bar followed by STM PROSHOP DISCOUNT. Sign in using your Patriots account credentials to display the QR code at the register to receive your discount.
Game Days: 8:00 AM until one (1) hour after the conclusion of the game for games that kick off at 1:00 PM; 10:00 AM until one (1) hour after the conclusion of the game for all other games
Non-Game Days: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
