APPEARANCES
The New England Patriots Cheerleaders and Alumni will be available to visit you and your guests for photos and autographs opportunities. If you would like to arrange a visit, please contact Julie Griffin at (508) 549-0139.
PROSHOP
The Patriots Proshop is located on the first floor of The Hall at Patriot Place presented by RTX, in the northeast corner of Gillette Stadium. Hours of operation are 8:00 AM – 75 min. postgame (or when last patron exits).
Additionally, there are novelty stands located in each side of the Cross Insurance Clubs.
LOST AND FOUND
Items left in a suite following an event will be brought to Security Command. Call (508) 384-4259 or email [email protected] for more information.
DRESS CODE
There is not a stadium dress code for the suites. We do ask that all members and guests use discretion and encourage guests to check with the Suite Holder for preferred attire.
CODE OF CONDUCT

Patrons and their guests who violate these provisions will be ejected without refund and also may lose ticket privileges for future events.

You will need to show your ticket and obtain a wristband in the Suite Levels entrance lobbies before accessing the Luxury Suite levels.
If you wish to access other areas within the stadium and then regain access to the suite, you must present both your game ticket and wristband to the door attendant for re-entry. Guests with Cross Insurance Club tickets cannot access the Suite Levels. All guests need a ticket for entry. Once you enter Gillette Stadium, you will not be permitted to return to your vehicle to retrieve items you may have left behind for any reason.

The Bank of America Luxury Suite entrances are typically open three hours prior to kickoff.
There are a total of four Suite entrances (E2, E3, W2 and W3).
Not all Luxury Suite guests receive a parking pass with their tickets.
Parking lots typically open four hours prior to kickoff.
If a parking pass is included with your tickets, please follow the directions provided with your pass.
If parking is not included, please park in the general parking areas and walk to the nearest Luxury Suite entrance.

During an event, your appointed Suite Attendant may place an order for your Suite. We have designed a “Game Day” menu highlighting a limited selection that may be ordered during the event.

If you or one of your guests has a food-based allergy or sensitivity, please let us know when placing your order. Our management team will consult with our Executive Chef in an effort to meet your needs. Please keep in mind some of the ingredients used in our offerings originate in facilities where common food allergens may be in use.
We are pleased to provide a wide selection of beers, wine, and liquors to complement your menu. In-Suite beverage service is provided from a built-in bar and refrigerator, which can be fully stocked with your choice of products. It is our recommendation that Suite Holders establish a standard par level of liquor, beer, wine and soft drinks.
No charges will be assessed to Suite Holders for food or beverage orders that are canceled 48 hours prior to an event day.
Orders that are canceled less than 48 hours in advance are subject to be charged at the stated menu price.
An Administration fee of 20% will be added to all food and beverage orders. The Administration fee is not a tip, gratuity, or service charge for the suite attendants or service employees. A gratuity may be added at your discretion.
All food and beverage is subject to 7% Massachusetts state and local meals tax.
