Revolution: All public restrooms are accessible to guests with ADA needs. Four (4) Family restrooms are located on the NW Main Concourse behind section 138, two (2) Family restrooms are in the East Putnam Club, one (1) behind sections 216 & 224, and one (1) Family restroom is in the Optum Field Lounge. There is also one (1) changing table located in every restroom in the stadium.

Concerts/Patriots: All public restrooms are accessible to guests with ADA needs. There is also one (1) changing table located in every restroom in the stadium.
  • 100 Level: Four (4) family restrooms behind section 138
  • 200 Level: Two (2) family restrooms behind sections 216 and 224
    • Putnam Club: One (1) in NE, (1) one in NW, one (1) in (SE) and one (1) in SW – only open to customers with Putnam Club tickets
    • Optum Field Lounge: one (1) family restroom—only open to customers with OFL tickets
    • Cross Insurance Pavilion: one (1) family restroom—only open to customers with Cross Insurance Pavilion Access

  • 300 Level: Four (4) family restrooms behind sections 304, 314, 326, 336, and two (2) family restrooms by Section 300 in the North End Zone (on either side of lighthouse)
  • First Aid stations are located at midfield on both the east and west sides of the Main Concourse (and Upper Concourse when open).
  • There is also a First Aid station in Parking Lot 51 (west side of Route 1) for most events when the P10 and P11 parking operations are open.

Patriots: Club, Suite, G-P Atrium, Bud Light Celebration Beer Hall and Optum Field Lounge access is three (3) hours before kickoff. Cross Insurance Pavilion opens two and a half (2.5) hours before kickoff. All other gates open two (2) hours before kickoff.

Revolution: Stadium gates open one (1) hour before kickoff. Season Member gates open one (1) hour and fifteen (15) minutes before kickoff.

Concerts/Other Stadium Events: Gate opening times will vary per event. Please review the Event Guide for the specific event you are interested in attending. Or, follow us on Twitter at twitter.com/GilletteStadium for up-to-date information on any given stadium event.

The Gillette Stadium Lighthouse was reimagined as part of our north end zone expansion project, bringing an iconic experiential feature to the stadium that fans of all ages can experience and enjoy. The top of the structure stands 22 stories above the playing field and is the tallest “lighthouse” in the United States! The 360-degree observation deck, known as the Lookout, provides spectacular panoramic views of the stadium and the surrounding area, including the Boston and Providence skylines. Admission is $5 for adults and children 10 and under are FREE. Any lost items that are turned in during an event may be found at the Guest Service booths located at midfield on both the east and west sides of the Main Concourse (and Upper Concourse when open). Items not claimed during or immediately following an event will be brought to Security Command. For lost items, please call (508) 384-4259 or [email protected].

Missing children should be reported to the nearest stadium staff member. We recommend that families with small children participate in our Tag-A-Kid program. This will allow Gillette Stadium personnel to know the exact location of the child’s seat. Please register your children at one of our Guest Services booths located at midfield on both the east and west sides of the Main Concourse (and Upper Concourse when open). The program is FREE and the child will receive a wristband with his/her seat location on it.

One of the best ways to assure against lost or stolen tickets is to utilize digital ticketing via the Gillette Stadium app.

Patriots Season Ticket Members: Only the season ticket holder of record, with proper identification (driver’s license, passport, or State Identification card) can obtain the replacement ticket(s). On any ticket replacement, a $15 non-refundable processing fee will be charged at the time of replacement. If tickets are stolen, a police report must be filed with the agency having jurisdiction where the theft occurred. A copy of the police report must be presented to the Gillette Stadium Ticket Office prior to replacement ticket(s) being issued.

Revolution Season Ticket Members: Only the season ticket holder of record, with proper identification (driver’s license, passport, or State Identification card) can obtain the replacement ticket(s). If tickets are stolen, a police report must be filed with the agency having jurisdiction where the theft occurred. A copy of the police report must be presented to the Gillette Stadium Ticket Office prior to replacement ticket(s) being issued.

Concerts/Other Events: If you lost your ticket (or believe it has been stolen) to a Gillette Stadium event, you must return to the original point of sale (e.g., Ticketmaster) as only the originator of the sale will be able to assist you.

Located on the west side of the Main Concourse at section 131, inside the First Aid station, Gillette Stadium offers nursing mothers a private room exclusively for them to nurse or pump during any ticketed event at the stadium. The room features three separate privacy pods to accommodate up to three nursing mothers at any given time. Each pod is separated by dividers and includes a comfortable swivel chair, a power outlet, side table and supplies. Additionally, a baby-changing station is located within close proximity.

Revolution: To purchase New England Revolution Seat Upgrades, download the Gillette Stadium App for an iPhone or Android phone and select the Seat Upgrade button in the tickets menu. Select an upcoming game and register using your mobile phone number and email address. Once Upgrades become available, we will text you.   • Soy-free options at Gillette Stadium include Hamburger (without bun), Cheeseburger (without Bun), Popcorn, Peanuts, and Candy. These items are offered at most locations in the building. All fried items are fried in Soybean oil, and as such are not safe for those allergic to Soy products.
  • We also offer soy-free Salads (without dressing) and a fruit cup at the Market Express at sections 105 and 129.

Launched in October of 2015 by the White House, Stop the Bleed is a national awareness campaign and a call to action. Stop the Bleed is intended to cultivate grassroots efforts that encourage bystanders to become trained, equipped, and empowered to help in a bleeding emergency before professional help arrives.

Gillette Stadium is no longer a COVID-19 vaccination center. In addition, proof of COVID-19 vaccination status is not required to attend games and events at Gillette Stadium. However, all ticketholders must agree that neither they nor their guests will attend an event if they have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or experienced symptoms of COVID-19 within 48 hours prior to the event.
