Per guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and State of Massachusetts, face coverings are NOT mandatory for guests at Gillette Stadium at this time. However, it is recommended that you wear a face covering if you are not yet fully vaccinated.
Yes. At this time, anyone who wishes to wear a face covering may do so. Gaiters, bandanas, masks with valves or vents and single layer cloth masks are all permitted.
Under the guidance of the CDC, State of Massachusetts, National Football League and Major League Soccer, Gillette Stadium has implemented a series of health and sanitization policies and procedures to keep guests safe and comfortable while visiting. Gillette Stadium is pleased to announce that it has received GBAC STAR™ Accreditation, certifying the highest levels of cleaning standards as they relate to COVID-19 prevention. Although negative tests and vaccinations will not be required for stadium entry, all ticketholders must agree that neither they nor their guests will attend an event if they have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days or experienced symptoms of COVID-19 within 48 hours prior to the event. All ticketholders also agree to follow all applicable CDC guidance in effect on event day, including guidance on when to quarantine and wear a mask, and what steps to take when you have been exposed to COVID-19. We strongly recommend adding all of your tickets to your Apple Wallet (for those who have iPhones) or Google Pay (for those who have Android phones). Yes. You can swipe to view multiple tickets within your account; however, transferring each individual their own ticket is recommended. Transferring tickets provides (1) a way for all ticket holders to obtain event updates while on site and (2) accessibility to their seat information at all times. As you soon as you arrive on-site, look for mobile ticketing ambassadors located near each of the main stadium gates.
Transfer tickets to your group in advance so you do not have to wait for others to get into the event. Since each person entering Gillette Stadium will need a ticket to enter, you can transfer each individual in your party their own ticket prior to arrival. Yes. When an individual receives a ticket transfer offer, they will need to log in to an existing account (if applicable) or they can create a new account by tapping NEW TO TICKETMASTER? SIGN UP.

Please ensure that you are signing into your account using the email address associated with your Patriots Account Manager. If you do not see your tickets but have an alternate email address, we recommend tapping LOGOUT and signing into an account with your alternate email address. Be sure to select SIGN INTO GILLETTE STADIUM, not SIGN INTO TICKETMASTER.
You can manage your tickets from a tablet or PC but all tickets will need to be accessed from a smartphone to render the barcodes to be allowed admittance at Gillette Stadium. When accessing your Patriots Account Manager on a desktop or laptop, you will have the ability to:
Yes. The NFL Ticketing Network allows ticket holders the ability to resell their ticket(s) for all ten (10) games in their ticket package in addition to any potential Playoff game(s).
Yes. As League-licensed, authorized platforms, all NFL tickets listed on the NFL Ticket Exchange, StubHub, and SeatGeek are authenticated by Ticketmaster. Ticket holders may post their tickets for resale simultaneously on any or all of these platforms.
Putnam Club tickets are just one element of a premium membership. Therefore, they are not eligible for individual resale on the NFL Ticketing Network. All policies detailed in the member agreement remain in effect for Putnam Club Members who do not also hold bowl seats.
Optum Field Lounge passes are a component of a contractual membership and, as such, are not authorized for individual resale on the NFL Ticketing Network. While Optum Field Lounge Members are welcome to utilize the NFL Ticketing Network for their bowl seats, Optum Field Lounge passes are not eligible for resale.
No. Gillette Stadium parking passes cannot be posted for resale.
You will not be held responsible for the actions of the individual(s) who purchase your ticket(s) provided you use the NFL Ticketing Network (NFL Ticket Exchange, StubHub, or SeatGeek) to sell your tickets.
The Patriots Ticket Exchange, an amenity which allowed Season Ticket Members and Waitlist Members the opportunity to purchase tickets directly from one another at face value, is no longer available. Now, everyone will use the NFL Ticketing Network. Season Ticket Members can post tickets for resale directly through their account.

Patriots: There are six (6) accessible elevator locations for guests with disabilities in the stadium for Patriots game days. Accessible express elevators are located on the east side of the stadium between the E1 entrance and PrimeSport gate (for guests with tickets to the Main, Mezzanine and Upper Concourses) and on the west side of the stadium between the W1 entrance and the Bank of America gate (for guests with tickets to the Mezzanine and Upper Concourses). There is an ADA accessible elevator located at the W3 Dell Technologies Suite Levels entrance for access to all levels.
For guests with disabilities sitting in the Putnam Club or Dell Technologies Suite Levels, accessible elevators are located on the east side of the stadium at the E2 and E3 Dell Technologies Suite Levels Entrances and on the west side of the stadium at the W2 or W3 Dell Technologies Suite Levels entrances.
Club, Suite and Optum Field Lounge access begins three (3) hours before kickoff. All other gates open two (2) hours before kickoff.

In order to access the ProShop after entering Gillette Stadium, return to the entry gate to have a security team member scan out your ticket(s) before entering the ProShop. Following your ProShop visit, you will be able to scan your ticket(s) for reentry.
