The New England Revolution, New England Patriots and the Kraft Center for Community Health are teaming up to give fans the opportunity to receive their COVID-19 vaccination at Gillette Stadium throughout the Revolution season and Patriots Training Camp.
The Revolution and the Kraft Center for Community Health kicked off their “Get a Shot, Take a Shot” initiative as part of the Revolution vs. New York Red Bulls match at Gillette Stadium on June 23, and will continue this opportunity at subsequent home matches through the Revolution vs. Philadelphia Union match on August 8. Fans who receive the Pfizer vaccine through this initiative on a matchday will be granted access to a special post-match shot on goal on the Gillette Stadium field.
The mobile vaccination clinic is located on the Gillette Stadium concourse bridge adjacent to the lighthouse and operates from when gates open through the 60th minute of play. The Kraft Center for Community Health staff will administer the vaccine and schedule recipients to receive their second dose at a convenient location.
The New England Patriots and the Kraft Center for Community Health will continue mobile vaccination efforts at Patriots Training Camp sessions between Wednesday, July 28 and Saturday, July 31. Fans who receive the Pfizer vaccine through this initiative during Training Camp will receive a food voucher ($25 value) for use during that session and tickets for their party (reasonably limited to 4 tickets) to the Patriots Hall of Fame presented by Raytheon Technologies.
During Patriots Training Camp, the mobile vaccination clinic will be on the fan walkway leading to the practice fields operating from when gates open through the end of practice. The Kraft Center for Community Health staff will administer the vaccine and assist with the coordination of the second dose.
Currently, individuals ages 12-17 can only get the Pfizer vaccine. A legally authorized representative must give permission for vaccination for someone 12-17 years of age, such as by completing a written consent form that the minor (the person under the age of 18) can bring to their vaccination appointment. Consent forms will be provided at the clinics and are linked below.
