2023 Ticketed Events – Know Before You Go

Gillette Stadium follows the health and safety guidelines of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Following those guidelines, and under the guidance of the CDC, State of MA, as well as the NFL and MLS, we have implemented a series of health and sanitization policies and procedures to keep you safe and comfortable while visiting this season.  We will continue to update and modify these policies as new guidelines become available.

FRICTIONLESS TRANSACTIONS

For your safety and convenience , we are limiting the number of touchpoints between you and our staff members.

MOBILE TICKETING ONLY

Tickets to all events at Gillette Stadium will be mobile tickets. Fans can utilize their mobile tickets via the Gillette Stadium App which is available on the App Store and Google Play. For more information on accessing or transferring your Mobile Tickets, please click here.

Cashless Payments Only

Gillette Stadium is now a completely cashless stadium. Only contactless payment options will be accepted within the stadium. Event attendees will be able to utilize one of our new Cash-to-Card kiosks to convert cash to Visa® prepaid cards. Visa® prepaid cards will be valid anywhere Visa® is accepted. Successfully operating at this time is going to require a team effort. We ask that everyone visit responsibly.

face coverings

Per the guidance from the CDC and State of Massachusetts, face coverings will NOT be mandatory for guests at Gillette Stadium. However, it is highly recommended that you wear a face covering if you are not yet fully vaccinated. ​

hygiene

Staying healthy and reducing the spread of germs means washing your hands regularly. For your convenience, we have added hand sanitizing stations throughout the stadium. In addition, we have installed touchless toilets and sinks in all restrooms.

first aid

If you’re in the stadium and begin to feel ill, please go to First Aid and speak with medical personnel. First Aid stations are located at midfield on both the east and west sides of the concourses.

FAN HEALTH PROMISE

Although negative tests and vaccinations will not be required for stadium entry, all ticket holders must agree that neither they nor their guests will attend an event if they have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days or experienced symptoms of COVID-19 within 48 hours prior to the event. All ticket holders also agree to follow all applicable CDC guidance in effect on event day, including guidance on when to quarantine and wear a mask, and what steps to take when you have been exposed to COVID-19.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

Gillette Stadium has earned a GBAC STAR™ accreditation verifying the stadium has implemented the most stringent protocols for cleaning, disinfection and infectious disease prevention. The new protocols will help maintain a safe environment for our players, staff and visitors.

enhanced cleaning

We have increased cleaning and disinfecting throughout the stadium. All high touch surfaces in stadium common areas will be cleaned before, during and after each game or stadium event.

tailgating

Tailgating will be permitted at all NFL, MLS, and Gillette Stadium events. Please review our tailgating rules and policies here.

concessions

Gillette Stadium concession stands will continue to place the highest priority on health and safety for all fans and employees and will fully comply with the updated guidance from the CDC and Commonwealth of Massachusetts. All concession stands will be cashless, accommodating contactless payment options only.
