EVENT DAY IMPACT: How stadium renovations are impacting event day in 2023.

The New England Revolution are excited to welcome fans to Gillette Stadium in 2023! Gillette Stadium has several protocols in place to maintain a safe environment for our players, staff, and visitors. Please review our Health & Safety page and the comprehensive match day FAQs below before attending Revolution home matches this season.

Stadium Renovations

In January, construction of the most dramatic Gillette Stadium improvements since its opening in 2002 began in the north end of the stadium. This project will feature a completely re-imagined plaza leading into the stadium, an enhanced lighthouse, a new high-definition video board, the addition of hospitality and function spaces, new and improved concession locations and other fan amenities. Parking and Tailgating

Revolution Season Members can park in reserved parking lots in the West (Lots 22 and Premium 20) and the East (Lots 5, 6 and Premium 3B) with designated parking passes. Multi-Game Package Holders can park in reserved parking in Lot 3B. Revolution supporter groups can park in reserved parking Lot 4C. All other fans can park in one of the general parking lots on match days on a first-come, first-served basis. Click here for the Revolution parking map and lots.

Season Member parking lots in the West (Lots 22 and Premium 20) and the East (Lots 5, 6 and Premium 3B) along with the Revolution supporter group parking lot (4C) open three (3) hours before kickoff at Revolution home matches. All other lots and general parking lots open two (2) hours before kickoff.

Parking is free at Revolution regular-season home matches.

Yes, tailgating is permitted once the parking lot has opened. Postgame tailgating is permitted and must conclude 90 minutes after the final whistle.

Open fires are not allowed. All fires must be contained within a suitable and appropriate fire burning device and must be movable in the event of an emergency. “Fire pits” with open flames are not considered movable in the event of an emergency, and therefore are not allowed. All fires and/or grills should not be left unattended. Used charcoal briquettes and/or other burning material must be disposed of properly and not left on the parking surface to burn out.

No, at this time MBTA service to and from Foxborough and Gillette Stadium has been paused.

Face Covering Policy

Per the guidance from the CDC and State of Massachusetts, face coverings will NOT be mandatory for guests at Gillette Stadium. However, it is recommended that you wear a face covering if you are not yet fully vaccinated. 

Yes. At this time, any guests who wish to wear a face covering may do so. Gaitors, bandanas, masks with valves or vents and single layer cloth masks are ALL permitted. Again, it is no longer mandatory to wear a face covering at Gillette Stadium.

Health and Safety Protocols

Under the guidance of the CDC, state of Massachusetts, as well as the NFL and MLS, Gillette Stadium has implemented a series of health and sanitization policies and procedures to keep guests safe and comfortable while visiting. Gillette Stadium is pleased to announce that it has received GBAC STAR™ Accreditation, certifying the highest levels of cleaning standards as they relate to COVID prevention.  Please review the Know Before You Go page in its entirety before your visit to Gillette Stadium.

Although negative tests and vaccinations will not be required for stadium entry, all ticket holders must agree that neither they nor their guests will attend an event if they have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days or experienced symptoms of COVID-19 within 48 hours prior to the event. All ticket holders also agree to follow all applicable CDC guidance in effect on event day, including guidance on when to quarantine and wear a mask, and what steps to take when you have been exposed to COVID-19. For your safety and convenience, Gillette Stadium is limiting the number of touchpoints between fans and staff members. In 2023, Gillette Stadium will be using mobile ticketing only. In addition, the stadium is completely cashless. Only contactless payment options will be accepted within the stadium. Event attendees will be able utilize one of the Cash-to-Card kiosks to convert cash to Visa® prepaid cards. For more information on our Cash-to-Card kiosks, click here. No, you will not need to be vaccinated before arriving at Gillette Stadium.

No, you will not need to produce a negative COVID-19 test result before arriving at Gillette Stadium. Note: There may be testing required for a limited number of fans who have on-field seating. Please check with your representative if you have additional questions.

If someone in your group begins to experience COVID-19 related symptoms while attending an event, they should immediately proceed to the nearest First Aid room. Gillette Stadium’s First Aid rooms are located at midfield on both the east and west side of the Main Concourse (and Upper Concourse when open).

Putnam Club

Under the guidance of the CDC, state of MA, as well as the MLS, Gillette Stadium has implemented a series of health and sanitization policies and procedures to keep fans safe and comfortable while visiting.

You may access the East Putnam Club by using the E1 escalator or the E2 elevator.

Yes, you will be able to eat and drink while sitting at the tables inside of the Putnam Club and also in your outdoor Putnam Club seat locations. At concession stands or anywhere food is available, items are now served in to-go containers along with pre-packaged utensils and condiments. All concession stands will be cashless, accommodating contactless payment options.

Gates

The following gates will be used for Revolution home matches.

  • Ticketmaster Gate
  • CVS Health gate
  • W3 for Field Seats
  • E1 for East Putnam Club
  • E2 for all Luxury Suites

Elevators will be available at the W3 (West) or E2 (East) entrances for any guests entering the Dell Technologies Suite Levels or guests with disabilities.

Season Member, Putnam Club and suite ticket holder gates open 75 minutes before kickoff. All other gates open one hour before kickoff.

Bag Policy

Only clear plastic bags that comply with the Gillette Stadium Bag Policy are allowed into Gillette Stadium on ALL ticketed event and game days. Compliant bags are defined below. This policy is in effect for all Gillette Stadium ticketed events. Click here for the complete Stadium Bag Policy.

  • One-gallon clear, plastic freezer bag (does not exceed 11″ x 11″).
  • Bag that is clear plastic, vinyl or PVC (does not exceed 12″ x 12″ x 6″)

Small wristlet or handheld wallet, with or without handle or strap cannot exceed 6.5” X 4.5”.

If you wish to request an exception to the stadium’s bag policy, for medical supplies (e.g., breast pump, etc.) or dietary considerations, please send an email to teamops@gillettestadium.com or call (508) 384-9191, at least 48 hours in advance of the event you plan to attend. You will receive a response within 48 hours of sending your email.

Only compliant clear plastic bags will be permitted into the stadium.

An exception is made for strollers at Revolution games only.

Concessions

Gillette Stadium is a completely cashless stadium. Only contactless payment options will be accepted within the stadium. Event attendees will be able utilize one of the Cash-to-Card kiosks to convert cash to Visa® prepaid cards. Visa® prepaid cards will be valid anywhere Visa® is accepted worldwide. Gillette Stadium ProShop

Yes, you will be able to access the Gillette Stadium ProShop located in Enel Plaza adjacent to the Patriot Place Gate after scanning into the game.

Season Members may log into the Gillette Stadium App to access the Season Member ProShop Discount QR Code to take advantage of the Gillette Stadium in-store ProShop discount.

The ProShop is currently open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM every day. For Revolution match days, the ProShop will open at 10:00 AM and stay open for at least an hour after the game.

Revolution Ticketing Information and Support

After entering the stadium, please visit the Member Services booth which are located the midfield of East side of the 100 Level Main Concourse adjacent to the Guest Services booth behind section 109/110.

Yes, children two (2) and under will be allowed free entry to Revolution home matches.

If you are already at the stadium, please visit the Gillette Stadium Ticket Office satellite locations located in the E1 or W4 lobbies, which will be open at least three (3) before kickoff. You may also ask for mobile assistance from the ticket office staff wearing red vests at the stadium gates.

For your safety and convenience, all tickets will be available via mobile ticketing only. You can access your ticket on your phone via the Gillette Stadium App.  You will not be able to print tickets, use screenshots or print screenshots of tickets. You will need your guest’s name and email or mobile phone number. Log into Account Manager, select the desired game and choose the transfer option to go through the steps. Click here for more information on mobile ticketing.

Ticketmaster SafeTix are powered by a new and unique barcode that automatically refreshes every 15 seconds. This greatly reduces the risk of ticket fraud from stolen or illegal counterfeit tickets. Your barcode includes leading-edge technology with fraud and counterfeit protection, so you won’t be able to use screenshots or printouts. 

The Ticket Office will open three (3) hours prior to kickoff for a Revolution match. The main ticket office is closed. Satellite ticket office locations will be located in the E1 and W4 lobbies.
