The sights, sounds, and smells of football in New England haven’t changed – but we understand the transition to all-mobile ticketing may be an adjustment for some members. Although you will not receive physical tickets going forward, mobile ticketing via the Gillette Stadium App offers a safe, clean, and convenient way to access the stadium on game days.
If you need assistance managing your mobile tickets, the VIP Services team is here to help. Our Mobile Ticketing Step-By-Step Guide provides detailed instructions for downloading and transferring your tickets. If you are unable to access your tickets via the Gillette Stadium App, please follow the steps outlined in this guide.
For your safety and convenience we are limiting the number of touchpoints between you and our staff members.
Please note: Gillette Stadium is now a completely cashless stadium. Only contactless payment options will be accepted within the stadium. Event attendees will be able to utilize one of our new Cash-to-Card kiosks to convert cash to Visa® prepaid cards. Visa® prepaid cards will be valid anywhere Visa® is accepted. For more information on our Cash-to-Card kiosks, click here.
Per guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and State of Massachusetts, face coverings are NOT mandatory for guests at Gillette Stadium at this time. However, it is recommended that you wear a face covering if you are not yet fully vaccinated.
Yes. At this time, anyone who wishes to wear a face covering may do so. Gaiters, bandanas, masks with valves or vents and single layer cloth masks are all permitted.
Under the guidance of the CDC, State of Massachusetts, National Football League and Major League Soccer, Gillette Stadium has implemented a series of health and sanitization policies and procedures to keep guests safe and comfortable while visiting. Gillette Stadium is pleased to announce that it has received GBAC STAR™ Accreditation, certifying the highest levels of cleaning standards as they relate to COVID-19 prevention. We recommend reviewing the Know Before You Go page before your visit to Gillette Stadium.
Although negative tests and vaccinations will not be required for stadium entry, all ticketholders must agree that neither they nor their guests will attend an event if they have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days or experienced symptoms of COVID-19 within 48 hours prior to the event. All ticketholders also agree to follow all applicable CDC guidance in effect on event day, including guidance on when to quarantine and wear a mask, and what steps to take when you have been exposed to COVID-19. For more information, please review the Gillette Stadium Ticket Terms.
For your safety and convenience, Gillette Stadium is limiting the number of touchpoints between fans and staff members. Beginning in 2021, Gillette Stadium will be using mobile ticketing only. In addition, the stadium is now completely cashless. Only contactless payment options will be accepted within the stadium. Event attendees will be able utilize one of the new Cash-to-Card kiosks to convert cash to Visa® prepaid cards. In addition, all stadium restrooms now feature touchless sinks and toilets.

Mobile ticketing is the safest, most convenient and flexible way to access and manage tickets while increasing protection against fraud.

Since 2018, printing tickets from home has not been an option for any Patriots ticket holders. This decision was made by the National Football League to protect the integrity of all NFL tickets and prevent the fraud and counterfeit problems which had steadily increased in recent years. Moving forward, all ticket holders will be required to access their mobile tickets from their smartphone. The easiest way to access event tickets is through the Gillette Stadium App. “Print-at-home” tickets WILL NOT be accepted at Gillette Stadium gates for admittance.
The best time to download the Gillette Stadium App is at home before you leave for Gillette Stadium on event day. Season Ticket Members can access and manage all of their tickets at this time.
From the Gillette Stadium App home page, tap TICKETS from the bottom menu bar. On the next page, tap MANAGE TICKETS. Click HERE to access our full mobile ticketing tutorial.
Yes. You can swipe to view multiple tickets within your account; however, transferring each individual their own ticket is recommended. Transferring tickets provides (1) a way for all ticket holders to obtain event updates while on site and (2) accessibility to their seat information at all times. Click HERE to access our full mobile ticketing tutorial which explains how to transfer tickets.
When you arrive on-site look for staff members at mobile ticketing tents located in Gillette Stadium parking lots and high visibility walkways in and around Patriot Place and as you approach the stadium entrances.
Transfer tickets to your group in advance so you do not have to wait for others to get into the event. Since each person entering Gillette Stadium will need a ticket to enter, you can transfer each individual in your party their own ticket prior to arrival. Click HERE to access our full mobile ticketing tutorial which explains how to transfer tickets.
