The New England Revolution are excited to welcome fans back to Gillette Stadium in 2021! Gillette Stadium has several new protocols in place to maintain a safe environment for our players, staff and visitors. Please review our Know Before You Go guide and the comprehensive match day FAQs below before attending Revolution home matches this season.

At the start of the season, Revolution Season Members and all fans can park in one of the general parking lots on match days on a first-come, first-serve basis. All cars will be separated by at least one (1) car space. The parking map may be updated based on the COVID-19 related protocols and stadium capacity and is subject to change. Note: There will be two (2) premium lots reserved for Putnam Club and Presidents Club ticket holders in the East Putnam Club Lots 6A, 6B and 6C and West Putnam Club Lot 22. Yes, tailgating is permitted starting three (3) hours before kickoff. Postgame tailgating will not be permitted.
Fans are only permitted to tailgate with their specific ticketing pod with a maximum of six (6) total guests. You may only tailgate with the other people in your vehicle or with whom you are attending the game in the same ticketing pod, and you may do so directly behind your vehicle. Groups that are tailgating will not be permitted to co-mingle with other groups.
Open fires are not allowed. All fires must be contained within a suitable and appropriate fire burning device and must be movable in the event of an emergency. “Fire pits” with open flames are not considered movable in the event of an emergency, and therefore are not allowed. All fires and/or grills should not be left unattended. Used charcoal briquettes and/or other burning material must be disposed of properly and not left on the parking surface to burn out.
No, at this time MBTA service to and from Foxborough and Gillette Stadium has been paused.
Face coverings are mandatory for all guests at Gillette Stadium. Please arrive with your face covering on and be sure to wear it at all times (except while actively eating or drinking in your assigned seat). All guests must adhere to this policy regardless of their vaccination or past infection history.
No. Gaiters, bandanas, masks with valves or vents and single layer cloth masks are not permitted at Gillette Stadium. Your face covering must completely cover both your nose and mouth at all times and fit snugly. Please arrive with your face covering on and be sure to wear it throughout the duration of the event (except while actively eating or drinking in your assigned seat). If your face covering is not compliant, you will be provided with a disposable surgical mask by Gillette Stadium staff.
Children under the age of 2 are not required to wear face coverings in accordance with CDC guidelines.
Please speak to a Guest Services staff member outside of the gates, or visit a Guest Services booth once inside the stadium at midfield on the Main Concourse, to receive a disposable surgical mask.
If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a face covering, please email email@example.com or call (508) 384-9191 at least 48 hours in advance of the event you plan to attend to make accommodations. Day of event exemptions will not be permitted. Fans who are unable to wear a face covering will be required to wear a face shield.
Gillette Stadium asks that guests fully comply with all rules and protocols in regards to fan health and safety. If a ticketholder refuses to wear a face covering or is asked multiple times to wear their face covering properly, he or she will enter into the stadium’s violation warning process, which in turn could result in ejection from the game. If ejected, guests will not have their tickets refunded.
Under the guidance of the CDC, state of Massachusetts, as well as the NFL and MLS, Gillette Stadium has implemented a series of health and sanitization policies and procedures to keep guests safe and comfortable while visiting. Gillette Stadium is pleased to announce that it has received GBAC STAR™ Accreditation, certifying the highest levels of cleaning standards as they relate to COVID prevention. Although negative tests and vaccinations will not be required for stadium entry, all ticketholders must agree that neither they nor their guests will attend an event if they have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or experienced symptoms of COVID-19 within 48 hours prior to the event. Fans are required to follow all physical distancing markers that are displayed throughout the stadium. These markers will help fans line up safely at gates, restrooms, concession stands and team stores. For your safety and convenience, Gillette Stadium is limiting the number of touchpoints between fans and staff members. In 2021, Gillette Stadium will be using mobile ticketing only. In addition, the stadium is now completely cashless. Only contactless payment options will be accepted within the stadium. Event attendees will be able utilize one of the new Cash-to-Card kiosks to convert cash to Visa® prepaid cards. In addition, all stadium restrooms now feature touchless sinks and toilets.
Yes, all public spaces including the concourses in Gillette Stadium will have signage to help direct fans and keep everyone safely distanced, as well as game day event staff to monitor the flow of foot traffic. Congregating or lingering on the concourses will be prohibited and drinks rails will be closed.
Gillette Stadium does not limit the ability to use tickets to events to residents of particular states. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to determine if such person can lawfully use such tickets in accordance with all laws, rules, regulations and guidance, including The Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Travel Guidelines.
No, you will not need to be vaccinated before arriving at Gillette Stadium.
No, you will not need to produce a negative COVID-19 test result before arriving at Gillette Stadium. Note: There may be testing required for a limited number of fans who have on-field seating. Please check with your representative if you have additional questions.
Yes, Gillette Stadium will continue to operate as a COVID-19 vaccination site during the Revolution season. However, that may be subject to change based on guidance from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. All necessary cleaning and sanitization of the vaccination site will occur prior to the arrival of our guests.
If someone in your group begins to experience COVID-19 related symptoms while attending an event, they should immediately proceed to the nearest First Aid room. Gillette Stadium’s First Aid rooms are located at midfield on both the east and west side of the Main Concourse (and Upper Concourse when open).
In 2021, the Putnam Club will adhere to a strict physical distancing mandate set forth by capacity guidelines. Under the guidance of the CDC, state of MA, as well as the MLS, Gillette Stadium has implemented a series of health and sanitization policies and procedures to keep fans safe and comfortable while visiting.
You may access the East Putnam Club by using the E4 escalator or the E2 elevator.
You may access the West Putnam Club by using the W4 escalator or the W3 elevator.
Yes, you will be able to eat and drink while sitting at the tables inside of the Putnam Club and also in your outdoor Putnam Club seat locations. At concession stands or anywhere food is available, items are now served in to-go containers along with pre-packaged utensils and condiments. All concession stands will be cashless, accommodating contactless payment options.

Elevators will be available at the W3 (West) or E2 (East) entrances for any guests entering the Dell Technologies Suite Levels or guests with disabilities.
All gates open 75 minutes before kickoff.
At the conclusion of the event, please be patient and remember to adhere to all physical distancing guidelines while exiting the seating bowl. We ask that you do your part and stay at least 6 feet apart from other ticketing pods. Congregating on the concourse is prohibited.

Only clear plastic bags that comply with the Gillette Stadium Bag Policy are allowed into Gillette Stadium on ALL ticketed event and game days. Compliant bags are defined below. This policy is in effect for all Gillette Stadium ticketed events. Click here for the complete Stadium Bag Policy.
We have reduced the sizing for clutch bags for 2021. Small wristlet or handheld wallet, with or without handle or strap cannot exceed 6.5” X 4.5”.

Gillette Stadium is now a completely cashless stadium. Only contactless payment options will be accepted within the stadium. Yes, you will be able to access the Gillette Stadium ProShop located in Enel Plaza adjacent to the Patriot Place Gate after scanning into the game.
Season Members may log into the Gillette Stadium App to access the Season Member ProShop Discount QR Code to take advantage of the Gillette Stadium in-store ProShop discount.
The ProShop is currently open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM every day. For Revolution match days, the ProShop will open at 10:00 AM and stay open for at least an hour after the game.

Game tickets will be distributed in “pods” to support physical distancing between each group of ticketholders. Ticket pods will be arranged six feet apart from the next pod. For this reason, please make sure to sit in your assigned seat. Seats that are not designated for ticketholders will be zip-tied to ensure proper distancing.
Seating pods will be available in groups of two (2), all the way up to groups of six (6).
Yes, children two (2) and under will be allowed free entry to Revolution home matches.
