what's new in 2021

With the 2021 season just around the corner, Putnam Club Members are gearing up for game days once again. Whether you’re dusting off your tailgate equipment or donning your lucky jersey, we can’t wait to welcome you back to Gillette Stadium in a few short weeks!

The sights, sounds, and smells of football in New England haven’t changed – but we understand the transition to all-mobile ticketing* may be an adjustment for some members. Although you will not receive physical tickets going forward, mobile ticketing via the Gillette Stadium App offers a safe, clean, and convenient way to access the stadium on game days.

If you need assistance managing your mobile tickets, the VIP Services team is here to help. Our Mobile Ticketing Step-By-Step Guide provides detailed instructions for downloading and transferring your tickets. More information regarding mobile ticketing will be sent in advance of the August 12 preseason game against the Washington Football Team. Additionally, be on the lookout for your annual member gift which will be shipped to you in the coming weeks. If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.

*Members with parking passes can expect their passes to ship prior to the first preseason game.

FRICTIONLESS TRANSACTIONS

For your safety and convenience , we are limiting the number of touchpoints between you and our staff members.

HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Per guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and State of Massachusetts, face coverings are NOT mandatory for guests at Gillette Stadium at this time. However, it is recommended that you wear a face covering if you are not yet fully vaccinated.

Yes. At this time, anyone who wishes to wear a face covering may do so. Gaiters, bandanas, masks with valves or vents and single layer cloth masks are all permitted.

Under the guidance of the CDC, State of Massachusetts, National Football League and Major League Soccer, Gillette Stadium has implemented a series of health and sanitization policies and procedures to keep guests safe and comfortable while visiting. Gillette Stadium is pleased to announce that it has received GBAC STAR™ Accreditation, certifying the highest levels of cleaning standards as they relate to COVID-19 prevention. We recommend reviewing the Know Before You Go page before your visit to Gillette Stadium.

Although negative tests and vaccinations will not be required for stadium entry, all ticket holders must agree that neither they nor their guests will attend an event if they have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or experienced symptoms of COVID-19 within 48 hours prior to the event. For more information, please review the Gillette Stadium Ticket Terms.

For your safety and convenience, Gillette Stadium is limiting the number of touchpoints between fans and staff members. Beginning in 2021, Gillette Stadium will be using mobile ticketing only. In addition, the stadium is now completely cashless. Only contactless payment options will be accepted within the stadium. Event attendees will be able utilize one of the new Cash-to-Card kiosks to convert cash to Visa® prepaid cards. In addition, all stadium restrooms now feature touchless sinks and toilets.

No. It is recommended that you wear a face covering if you are not yet fully vaccinated.

Mobile Ticketing

Mobile ticketing is the safest, most convenient and flexible way to access and manage tickets while increasing protection against fraud.

Mobile tickets provide:

  • Contactless and easy entry to Gillette Stadium using your mobile phone
  • Instant access to all your season tickets through the Gillette Stadium App or Patriots Account Manager
  • The ability to view, transfer, and post your tickets for resale at any time
  • Reduced risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit, or forgotten tickets

Since 2018, printing tickets from home has not been an option for any Patriots ticket holders. This decision was made by the National Football League to protect the integrity of all NFL tickets and prevent the fraud and counterfeit problems which had steadily increased in recent years. Moving forward, all ticket holders will be required to access their mobile tickets from their smartphone. The easiest way to access event tickets is through the Gillette Stadium App. “Print-at-home” tickets WILL NOT be accepted at Gillette Stadium gates for admittance.

All event attendees can access their mobile ticket(s) via the Gillette Stadium App which is free to download and can be found in the App Store (for iPhone users) and Google Play Store (for Android users).

The best time to download the Gillette Stadium App is at home before you leave for Gillette Stadium on event day. Season Ticket Members can access and manage all of their tickets at this time.

From the Gillette Stadium App home page, tap TICKETS from the bottom menu bar. On the next page, tap MANAGE TICKETS. Click HERE to access our full mobile ticketing tutorial.

Yes. You can swipe to view multiple tickets within your account; however, transferring each individual their own ticket is recommended. Transferring tickets provides (1) a way for all ticket holders to obtain event updates while on site and (2) accessibility to their seat information at all times. Click HERE to access our full mobile ticketing tutorial which explains how to transfer tickets.

When you arrive on-site look for staff members at mobile ticketing tents located in Gillette Stadium parking lots and high visibility walkways in and around Patriot Place and as you approach the stadium entrances.

Transfer tickets to your group in advance so you do not have to wait for others to get into the event. Since each person entering Gillette Stadium will need a ticket to enter, you can transfer each individual in your party their own ticket prior to arrival. Click HERE to access our full mobile ticketing tutorial which explains how to transfer tickets.

Yes. When an individual receives a ticket transfer offer, they will need to log in to an existing account (if applicable) or they can create a new account by tapping NEW TO TICKETMASTER? SIGN UP.

TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

Please ensure that you are signing into your account using the email address associated with your Patriots Account Manager. If you do not see your tickets but have an alternate email address, we recommend tapping LOGOUT and signing into an account with your alternate email address. Be sure to select SIGN INTO GILLETTE STADIUM, not SIGN INTO TICKETMASTER.

  • Tap FORGOT PASSWORD? and enter the email address associated with your Patriots Account Manager. You will be sent an email from Ticketmaster which contains a temporary code that you will need to enter to sign into your account.
  • Close out of the Gillette Stadium App and turn your phone off and back on.
  • Make sure you are selecting SIGN INTO GILLETTE STADIUM (as opposed to SIGN INTO TICKETMASTER) when you are prompted to sign in to your account.
  • Be sure to have the newest version of the Gillette Stadium App downloaded.
  • If someone is transferring tickets to you and you receive an error message when you tap ACCEPT TICKETS, you have likely already claimed the tickets and can now sign in to your account on the Gillette Stadium App to access and manage your tickets.
  • If you have sent a ticket transfer offer and the recipient has not received an email to accept the offer, they should check their spam/ junk folder for an email from Ticketmaster. If this cannot be found, sign in to your account and select CANCEL OFFER. Then try resending the offer to a different email address or send an offer via text message (recommended).
  • If you are having difficulties transferring tickets after you have added them to your Mobile Wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Pay), remove the tickets from your wallet. Then try transferring them from the Gillette Stadium App.
  • If for any reason you are unable to download the Gillette Stadium App, open your smartphone’s web browser and visit patriots.com/ticketexchange. You can sign in to your Patriots Account and add your tickets directly to your phone’s mobile wallet for quick and easy access into Gillette Stadium.
  •

You can manage your tickets from a tablet or PC but all tickets will need to be accessed from a smartphone to render the barcodes to be allowed admittance at Gillette Stadium. When accessing your Patriots Account Manager on a desktop or laptop, you will have the ability to:

  • Transfer tickets to friends, family, or clients
  • Post tickets for resale
  • Update account information
