Position Summary

The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for providing exemplary service to all Hall at Patriot Place Customers.

Position Responsibilities

o Provide Outstanding Customer Service
o Meet and assist visitors in all museum areas to include access control/information desk, gallery and tour group greetings
o Be familiar with all museum gallery exhibits and events
o Operate interactive equipment
o Staff ticket sales desk as needed
o Special projects and assignments as business dictates

Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience

o Intermediate Customer Service and communication skills required
o Must be a team player
o Basic Computer skills
o Ability to stand for long periods of time
o Available to work weekends, evenings and holidays
o Must be willing to function in all visitor services positions
