The Gillette Stadium staff would like to welcome members of our disabled community to Gillette Stadium, a state of the art sports and entertainment destination.

This page explains our services, programs and policies, with the hope that it will make your visit a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.

Guest Services:


Gillette Stadium Guest Services are located on the 100- and 300-level concourses at the midfield/50-yard line. The Guest Service Centers are equipped with a highly advanced assistive listening system with receivers, headsets and alternative format materials. The Guest Service Centers are staffed by trained customer service personnel.

Telephones:


Accessible telephones including Public TLIs/TTYs are located on the 100-level concourse.

Elevators:


Public elevators are available at Gillette Stadium. There are four accessible elevator locations for guest with disabilities requiring elevator access. Accessible express elevators are located on the east and west sides of Gillette Stadium adjacent to the E1 and W1 EMC Suite entrances and additional accessible elevators are located in the E3 and W3 EMC suite entrances. Usage is restricted to the patron with a disability and three (3) companions whenever these entrances are open. In the last 45 minutes prior to the event start time, usage is restricted to the patron with a disability and one (1) companion.

Escalators:


Public escalators are available at Gillette Stadium. There is one (1) escalator located in each club entrance- E1, E4, W1 and W4 – and all entrances are available for use by patrons with disabilities. Usage is restricted to the patron with a disability and three (3) companions whenever these entrances are open. In the last 45 minutes prior to the event start time, usage is restricted to the patron with a disability and one (1) companion.

Ramps:


Code compliant public ramps are available at Gillette Stadium. These ramps are located at the North East, North West and South entrances.

Restrooms:


All public restrooms are accessible to patrons with disabilities. Family restrooms are also located on every level in the stadium.

Assistive Listening System:


Gillette Stadium has been equipped with the most advanced assistive listening system (ALS) for use during Patriots and Revolution games. Headsets and receivers are available at no charge at Guest Services, located on the 100- and 300-level concourses at the midfield/50-yard line. A driver’s license, credit card, or some form of identification will be required as a deposit. Guests will have the ability to listen to bowl the in-stadium audio, as well as the radio broadcast at both Patriots and Revolution Games. Guests who choose to bring their own headset and receiver may access the system on a standard FM broadcast. Guests requiring an assistive listening system for any ticketed event should call the ADA line at: (508) 384-9191.

Concession Stands:


Every concession stand and bar is accessible to patrons with disabilities. If assistance is required at any of the food service areas, please alert the nearest Event Staff Worker.

Alternative Format Materials:


This information is available at Guest Services, located on the 100- and 300-level concourses at the midfield/50-yard line, in Braille, large print or on computer disc.

Emergencies:


Gillette Stadium personnel have been trained in proper emergency preparedness.

ATMs:


Accessible Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) are located on every level in the stadium. There are six (6) Bank of America ATMs in the stadium; four (4) on the Main Concourse, and two (2) on the Upper Concourse; additionally one (1) Bank of America ATM is located outside of the ProShop.

Service Animals:


If a patron plans on bringing a service animal into the stadium, we encourage them to contact us as early as possible for potential seating relocation purposes. (Kelly Way kellyw@teamops.com).

Interpreting Services:


Patrons requiring interpreting services for concerts should contact the Gillette Stadium Ticket Office at (508)384-9191.  Please inform the Gillette Stadium Ticket Office attendant during the purchase of your tickets that you require an interpreting service.  This should occur no later than three weeks after concert ticket sales begin.

Captioning & Description:


As an added service to our Guests who are deaf or hard of hearing, we have implemented mobile captioning through our “Patriots Live” application, available for both iPhone and Android devices. Please use the following links in order to download:

Wheelchair & Companion Seating:


Gillette Stadium provides wheelchair and companion seating with enhanced sight lines on every level. Be advised that Gillette Stadium personnel reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair & companion seats.

Ticket Information:


The fully accessible Gillette Stadium ticket office is open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.* Tickets can be purchased in person at the ticket office or by phone at (508)384-9191 or TLI/TYY: (508)384-4389.

ADA TICKET EXCHANGES: Should a season ticket holder require accessible seating for a particular game, accommodations may be made prior to that game subject to availability. The season ticket holder of record must contact the Gillette Stadium Ticket Office to arrange for relocation into wheelchair and companion seating. Please be advised advance notice is recommended to better service specific requests. All ADA ticket exchanges are based on a first come, first served basis. DAY OF GAME RELOCATION: Patrons who acquire tickets to a game or event being held at Gillette Stadium via secondary markets (e.g., Ticket Exchange) but who need to be relocated to a designated wheelchair/companion seating area, are required to exchange tickets day of game. Please be advised that such exchanges and relocations are subject to wheelchair/companion seat availability and are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
