The ticket office is located at the northwest corner of the stadium, to the right of the Pro Shop. All fans regardless of age must have a ticket to enter the stadium.

Hours of Operation

Non Event Days	Monday - Friday; 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Patriots Game Days	3 hours before the start of the game until half time
Revolution Game Days	2 hours before the start of the game until half time.
Concerts	3 hours before the start of the show until one hour into the show.

NOTE: Hours are subject to change. The ticket office is closed
for all major holidays.

Payment Methods

New England Revolution and Concerts:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and cash are accepted
for the New England Revolution and concerts at Gillette Stadium.

Patriots Tickets:
We only accept cash or Visa. Visa is a proud sponsor of the Three Time World Champion New England Patriots.

Will Call

Will call is located at the Ticket Office. Will Call is open 2 hours prior to the start of Revolution Games, 3 hours prior to football and concerts. (Opening times for will call at other events vary). Tickets left at Will Call can only be released to the person whose name appears on the Will Call Ticket Envelope. Photo identification is required. Individuals are not allowed to leave tickets at Will Call for another party to pick up, and individuals must pick up all tickets left for him/her.

Disabled Seating

Disabled seating is available on all levels and at all price points
in the stadium. Please refer to the Access Brochure or for more information call (508) 384-9191; TTY (508) 384-4389.

Lost Tickets

Only the season ticket holder of record, with proper identification (driver’s license, passport, or State Identification card) can obtain replacement tickets(s). On any ticket replacement, a $10 non-refundable processing fee will be charged at the time of replacement.

Stolen Tickets

If tickets are stolen, a police report must be filed with the agency having jurisdiction where the theft occurred.
A copy of the police report must be presented to the Gillette Stadium Ticket Office prior to replacement ticket(s) being issued.
